He is survived by: his parent Rose Caputo Campbell; his children, Jordan Campbell of Carbondale, PA. and Summer Campbell of Carbondale, PA.; his grandson Noah; his siblings, Joseph Campbell, Sr. of Waymart, PA, Douglas Campbell (Kathleen) of Forest City, PA, Rose Campbell and Emma Siggins of Carbondale, PA; his godsons, Hunter, Justin Fortier, Cordell, Zack Siggins and Tristan Grunewald; his brother George Fortier of Forest City, PA; and his aunt Josephine Frame (Charles). He is also survived by mom; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
