He is survived by: his wife Marlene Polka Ament of Kiski Township; his siblings, Dick Ament (Charlotte) of Allegheny Township, Genevieve Ament Piper (Reggie) of Lower Burrell and Leona Ament Crooks of Brackenridge; and his brother-in-law Tim Polka of Kiski Township. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
