He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Boarts and Olga Boarts (Mayer). He is survived by: his wife Linda Boarts (Jones); his daughters, Tiffany Stewart (Tim), Erica Winesberry (Demetrius) and Amy Carricato (Brian); his grandsons, Jack, Mason and Brayden; and his siblings, Harriet Thomas, Doris Taylor (Pete) and Mark Boarts (Rhonda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
