Fouse Jr.; his wife Heather of Vandergrift; his siblings, Timothy Fouse (Pam) of North Apollo, Mary Ellen Hollobaugh (Scott) of Spring Church, Nancy Goetzinger (Wayne) of Apollo and Kathi Heasley (Lee) of North Apollo; and also, Mark M. Fouse of Leechburg, Robert J. Fouse of Lower Burrell and Richard C. Fouse (Katelyn McCutcheon) of Avonmore. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandson.
