She was predeceased by: her father Ben J. Fazekas; and her sister Patricia A. George. She is survived by: her mother Johanna "Helen" Fazekas (Pasterick); her sister Joan Slanders (late William J.) of Aspinwall, PA; and her daughter Mary Jo. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, many cousins and friends.
Memorial contributions in Teresa's name may be made to Saint Gertrude Church or charity of one's choice.
