With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Hesketh of Vandergrift, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 7, 2023 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Hesketh to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lockard and Dorothy L. Lockard (Smith); her brother John Lockard; and her brother-in-law Jerry Hesketh (Sarah) of North Carolina. She is survived by: her husband William Hesketh; her children, Billy Hesketh (Norene), Ray Hesketh (Ellen), Don Hesketh (Denise) and Ritha McLaughlin (Bob); and her sister-in-law Erma Harnish (Cookie) of Vandergrift. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pleasant View Brethren Church or the Victorian Vandergrift Museum and Historical Society.
