He is survived by: his children, Karen A. Polka (Michael) of Bethel Township, Robert "Bobby" Kuruc (Karen) of Parks Township and Christine Ficca (Scott) of Centreville, VA; his grandchildren, Joshua Polka (Ginger) of Ford City, Jared Polka (Tonya) of Clarington, OH, Jeremiah Polka of Bethel Township, Jacob Polka (Elizabeth) of Bethel Township, Noah Kuruc of Missouri, Brooke Freeman of Centreville, VA and Ashley Ficca of Centreville, VA; his great grandchildren, Lilly, Kaitlyn, Abigail, Christian James, Trinety, Joah, Selah, Braedin, Gaebriel, Hallie, Serenity and Destiny; his sister Elizabeth Fabry of Parks Township; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Kuruc and Kathleen Kuruc. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
