He was predeceased by: his father Michael Hoculock Sr.; his brother Robert Hoculock Sr. (Beverly); and his son Richard Hoculock Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Helen Hoculock of Allegheny Township; his children, Chadwick Hoculock Sr. of Vandergrift and Roxanne Helm of Vandergrift; and his siblings, Wanda Jean Olterman (Frank) of Warren, Fred Hoculock (Ruth) of Allegheny Township and Michael Hoculock Jr. (Wendy) of Allegheny Township. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
