He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blanciak and Mildred Dupal Blanciak. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Bernice Scott Blanciak; his daughters, Christina Altman of Kepple Hill and Crystal Aul (Matthew) of Oklahoma Borough; his grandchildren, Austin Moyer, Chloe Altman, Laney Aul and Ava Aul; and his sisters, Virginia Silvestri of Apollo, Eleanor Kulczycki (Walt) of Vandergrift and Amelia Stear. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
