He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Baer and Leeta Baer (Arnold); and his brother Harold Baer. He is survived by: his wife Jeannene Baer of Vandergrift; his sisters, Beala Emmort (Dave) of Springfield, WV, Donna Rabinette (Brian) of Salisbury, PA, Deborah Berkley (Rod) of Salisbury, PA and Phyllis Farrell (Ben); his sister-in-law Norma Baer; his stepchildren, Dwayne Walterson of Vandergrift and Jennifer Dietrich of Camp Joann, PA; and his stepgranddaughter Jessa Pontier of Apollo.
