He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorcie Fulton and Shirley Fulton (Grim); his brother-in-law Tim Shoemaker; and his nephew Anthony Brandt. He is survived by: his children, Heather L. Fulton of Vandergrift, Heidi R. Walker (Jeep) of North Apollo, Randy D. Fulton, II of North Apollo, Danielle D. Fulton (Chris) of Cheswick, Joshua D. Fulton and James K. Fulton of Apollo; his grandchildren, Haley Walker, Jordan Miller (Mya Bell), Zander Smith and Zayden Smith; his great grandchild Ellie Miller-Bell; and his sisters, Cheryl Shoemaker, Tracey Shoemaker (Ken), Christie Tressler (Pete), Kimberly Swank (Ted), Donna Suprano (Curt) and Leanne Sgourakis (Jack).
