He was predeceased by: his parent Peter G.; and his granddaughter Megan Cosette. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Rodgers Cholock; his wife Annette L. Yasem Cholock; his daughter Kelly L. Wadsworth of Vandergrift; his grandchildren, Shawn, Caleb and Isaac; his siblings, Bruce Cholock (Nancy) of Derry, Dennis Cholock (Janice) of Jeannette, Edward Cholock (Libby) of Greensburg, Debra Griffin of Youngwood and Valerie Huretta of Hannastown; and also Robert Abell of Vandergrift. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
