It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul P. Petrarca (Vandergrift, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 13, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Petrarca and Antoinette Petrarca (Vernacotola); his wife Frances L. Petrarca (Ferrero); and his siblings, Mary Ferrara, Carmella Tatananni, Felicia Trozzi, Lucy Salassa, Amelia Passarelli, Rose Scoccimerra, Ann Laero, Antoinette Macino, Alfred, Joseph, Louis and John Petrarca.
He is survived by: his children, Paul A. Petrarca (Bernadette) of Vandergrift, David J. Petrarca (Judith) of Hilton Head, SC, Karen A. Petrarca (Cindy) of St. Pete Beach, FL and Laura M. Peppler (Rick) of Oklahoma Boro; his grandchildren, Donald Petrarca, Christina Ansell (Graham), Katherine Booth (Brian), Michael Petrarca, Matthew Petrarca (Ashley), Andrew Petrarca (Laura), Scott Petrarca, Eric Peppler and Mark Peppler; and his great grandchildren, A. J., Paul, Luke, Jaxon, Norah, Natalie, Amelia, Alivia and Ava. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to St. Gertrude Church, or to Vandergrift Meals on Wheels, 167 Lincoln St., Vandergrift, PA 15690.
