She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Rupert; and her grandparents, Earl Smith (Cecelia), Paternal and Dorothy Rupert. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Rupert of Vandergrift; her daughter Valerie Brink of Vandergrift; her siblings, Ron Sperski (Leslie) of Arnold, Joe Sperski (Brenda) of West Leechburg and Adrianne Uhric (Tom) of Sarver; her godparent Uncle David Smith (Jole); and also Jason Brink of Vandergrift. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Nichole's memory to the Janette L. Gamble Funeral Home Inc. for her daughter Valerie.
