She is survived by: her parent Mable Irene Schultz Forney; and her children, Anthony Zacklene (Mary Lynn) of Vandergrift, John E. Zacklene (Sylvia) of Leechburg and Mary L. Szymczak (Ron) of Vandergrift. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
