Mary S. Palatella Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary S. Palatella (Vandergrift, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 15, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Palatella and Angelina Palatella (Matarrese); and her siblings-in-law, Edward Raymond Riley and Dolores Palatella. She is survived by: her siblings, Rosalind D. Riley (Palatella) of Washington Township and Vito N. Palatella; her nieces, Anna Marie Palatella (Jim Hicks) of Greensburg, Kathleen "Kathy" Rimmel of Lower Burrell and Dianna Palatella (Josh Slingluff) of Crabtree; her nephew John S. Palatella of Olney, MD; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Matthew Rimmel, Kirsten Palatella, Julianna Palatella, Anthony Palatella, Angelina Slingluff and Nicole Slingluff.
Due to the state mandates with COVID-19, there will be no public viewing.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions made in Mary's memory to the Alzheimer Association of Pittsburgh, 2835 E Carson St Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15203.
