He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Pacuch; and his brother David Pacuch. He is survived by: his parent Eleanor Pacuch (Stancik); his sisters, Carol Conboy (Thomas) of Baldwin, Judith Pacuch of Greentree, Rebecca Woods, Bernadette and Chieffalo of Easton, CT; his nephews, Robert Conboy (Dawnmarie) and Joshua Woods (Amy); and his niece Melissa Bittner (Brian) of Jessica Woods. He is also survived by aunts, and cousins.
