It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Riggle (Vandergrift, Pennsylvania), born in Schenley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 29, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Sappe and Edith Zandona Sappe; her husband James K. Riggle; and her sister Elaine McFeaters. She is survived by: her daughter Linda Wise (Larry) of North Apollo. She is also survived by Seven Grandchildren, Fifteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
