She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Heitzenrater and Patricia L. Vogel Heitzenrater. She is survived by: her husband Rich Ciuca of Vandergrift; her children, Dorothy Seastedt of New Bethlehem, Christopher Morris (Angie) of New Bethlehem and Carl Seastedt (Courtney Dellahoy) of Jamestown, NY; her stepson Stephen Ciuca (Sarah) of Vandergrift; and her brother R. Bradley Heitzenrater (Christine) of Gerry, NY.. She is also survived by Five grandchildren and one great grandson along with numerous nieces and nephews.
