He is survived by: his parents, John Phillips (Janet) of Florida and Valerie Phillips Mahan (Wassler) of Virginia; his pets, Mopar and Kozmo; his wife Cindy Phillips (Shields) of Parks Township; his stepfather Tom Mahan (Sally) of Florida; his mother-in-law Linda Murray of Vandergrift; his sister Sharon Mace (Christopher) of Virginia; his sister-in-law Lisa Schrader of Vandergrift; his godsons, Jacob and Joshua Schrader; his nephew Mitchel; and his niece Taylor Mace.
