He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Walker and Alma Smail Walker; and his stepson Johnny Fetterman. He is survived by: his wife Samantha Johns Walker; his children, Jeffrey Walker Jr. (Amber), Jack Walker and Nicole Burns Lias (Rick); his stepson Thomas Gibson; and his grandson Jeffrey.
