He is survived by: his parent Ruth Ratliff Chaffins; his wife Donna Bier Chaffins; his children, Alex Chaffins of Vandergrift and Skyler Chaffins (Cassandra) of Indiana; his grandchildren, Layla Chaffins of Indiana and Gauge Chaffins of Indiana; and his brothers, Gregory Chaffins (Laura) of Florida and John Chaffins of Texas.
