She is survived by: her children, Susan Ardellitz (Robert) of Washington Township and John Heffelfinger (Debbie) of Worthington; her sister Bonnie Machak of Apollo; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Jacob, Joshua Ardellitz, Heather Ward (Ryan) and John Guy Heffelfinger (Maria).
