He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Thompson and Maxine Thompson (Nulph); his brother David C. Thompson; and the mother of his children Shelley Duso. He is survived by: his children, Danny Anthony (Marla) of Apollo, Jerrod Thompson (Lacey) of Apollo and Veronica Thompson Gonzales (Lisa) of Vandergrift; his grandchildren, Madison Anthony, Hannah Thompson, Maycen Anthony and Nash Thompson; his sister Marcia Bayner of Apollo; and his pet Jynx. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered in Jerry's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
