He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. McLaughlin and Velma Wilson McLaughlin; and his siblings, William, Ray McLaughlin, Flo Miller and Patricia Breece.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Miklo McLaughlin of Vandergrift; his daughters, Tracy Alvarez of Orlando, FL and Kari Logan of Huntingtown, MD.; his granddaughters, Brandi Griffith (Keith) and Haley Logan; his sister Elsie Lee Yockey of Adrian; and his nephew John "Bud" McLaughlin.
