He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Shotts and Margaret Shotts (Emanuel); and his siblings, Dean Shotts and Delores Kirkman. He is survived by: his wife Sande L. Shotts (Snair); his sons, Kevin L. Shotts (Susy) of Vandergrift and Gregg G. Shotts (Kelly) of Vandergrift; his grandchildren, Keith Shotts (Rachel), Kayla (Ricky Spackey), Todd O'Neil and Connor Klazon; and his great grandchildren, Easton, Brantley, Cameron Spackey and Walker Shotts. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
