He was predeceased by: his parents, Blair Rupert and Dorothy Rupert (Cline); and his siblings, Robert D., Gus, Tom Rupert, Evelyn Anderson and Shirley Madis.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Rupert (Martino); his sons, Barry Rupert (Carol) and Brian Rupert of Fredericksburg, VA; his grandchildren, Malorie Tadimi (Dio) of Miami, FL and Christopher Rupert; his great grandchildren, Amina and Ramzi Tadimi of Miami, FL; his stepsons, Paul C. George (Sara) of Mount Airy, MD and Jerry George (Brenda) of Vandergrift; his stepgrandchildren, Dana George of Allegheny Township and Jerrica Cuica (Rob) of Allegheny Township; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kaleb, Kallee and Kolbee Pahlman; and his siblings, Deana Frank of New Kensington and Donald Rupert of Natrona Heights. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
