She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cleveland and Leona Cleveland (Shannon); her husband Steven Pirhalla Jr.; and her brother James Cleveland. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Moreland (Montrez) of Indiana and Laurie Henry of Vandergrift; her grandchildren, Nathen Henry (Harli) of Vandergrift and Marissa Moore of Indiana; her great grandchildren, Madelynn, Easton and Ariel; and her brother Harry (late Sheryl). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to be made in honor of Donna to the American Cancer Society.
