It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl M. Kostelansky Sr. (Vandergrift, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 12, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Matus Kostelansky and Mary Kostelansky (Bak); his former wife Elsie Kostelansky (Hines); his brothers, Joe, Paul, William and Edward; and his daughter-in-law Nancy.
He is survived by: his children, MaryAnn Miller (David), Susan Armagost (Thomas), Carol Malivuk (James) and Carl Kostelansky Jr.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
