He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Williams Zacklene of Vandergrift; his son Darren James Zacklene of Vandergrift; and his siblings, John Zacklene (Sylvia) of Allegheny Township and Mary Szymczak (Ron) of Vandergrift.
