He was predeceased by: his parent Benjamin Kelly. He is survived by: his parent Loretta Pipp Ploszay; his sons, Michael Kelly (Barbara) of McKeesport, Frank Kelly of Elizabeth, Anthony Kelly (Catherine) of Vandergrift and David Kelly of Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Kristen Jr., Makenzee Jr., Aubrianna Jr. and Anthony, Jr.; his siblings, Robert Kelly (Faye) of McKeesport and Linda Coleman of McKeesport; and his former wife Rhoda Slusser (Gordon). He is also survived by brother and two foster sisters.
