She is survived by: her husband Dennis Lee Phillips; her children, Dawn Stineman of Phoenix, Wendy Headley (Mike) of Leechburg, Dennis L Phillips II of Vandergrift and Meghen Sowers (Mark) of Washington Twp; and her siblings, Y. Sue Robinson of Leechburg, Dolores Mornes of Vandergrift and Barry Mornes (Sandy) of Vandergrift. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
