It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Addison Mai Lookhart (Vandergrift, Pennsylvania), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 27, 2021, at the age of 12, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Ralph Sinnamond; her cousin Roy Brunner; and her great-aunt Lorrene. She is survived by: her parents, Brittany Sinnamond and Brandon Shirley; her siblings, Natalie J. Lookhart of Kiski Township, Braydon and Loic Shirley of Kiski Township; her grandparents, Kelly Dickens of Vandergrift and Ralph "Moose" Sinnamond, Jr. of Hyde Park; her great-grandparent Phyllis Sinnamond of Kiski Township; and her grandfather Rick Shirley (Jamey) of Kiski Township. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
