He is survived by: his children, Stephen Blackburn (Bonnie) of Connellsville, Angel Wolfrey (Eric) of Glenelg, MD, Jeffrey Guynn of Vanderbilt and Cindy Henderson (Charles) of Uniontown; his grandchildren, Stephen Blackburn (Megan), Maressa Guynn (Zoe), Nicolette Wolfrey, Julia Wolfrey, Elijah Guynn and Ryan Wolfrey; his great grandchildren, Cooper and Sage; and his siblings, Bob Guynn and Rosemary Barron.
