She was predeceased by: her parents, William Worgul and Martha Worgul (Lipka); her husband Francis Annis; and her brother Bill Worgul Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Annis (Dianna) and James Annis (Faye) of Vanderbilt; and her grandchildren, Caryn Holt, Melanie Stranko, Valerie Annis and Seth Annis. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
