With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lester Eugene Exton Sr. of Vanderbilt, Pennsylvania, born in Darragh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 28, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Charles Exton; his stepfather Dennis Gunther; and his sister Sandra Miller. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth "Betty" Exton Gunther (Heltebran); his wife Mary Ellen Smith Exton; his children, David Exton (Rose) of Greensburg, PA, Lester Exton Jr. of Maysville, NC, Kimberly Exton of Pleasant Hill, MO and Michael Exton (Brenna) of Vanderbilt, PA; his grandchildren, Katrina Exton, David Exton Jr., Benjamin Exton, Dakota Exton, Daniel Exton, Laurel DeLapp, Natalie DeLapp and Brianna Exton; his great grandchild Emma Exton; and his brother Charles "Chuck" Exton Jr.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests planting a tree in his memory.
