She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Coffman-Addis (Jeff) of South Connellsville and Tracy Coffman of Vanderbilt; her grandchildren, Terra Jay (George) of South Connellsville, Jeffrey Addis Jr. (Sarah) of Vanderbilt and Timmy Swift of Virginia; her great grandchildren, Georgie Jay Jr. (Miranda Miller) and Jeffrey Addis III (Jayleen Karpel); her grandsons, Addyson Jay, Waylon Addis, Brinlee Addis, Braiden Swift and Christian Swift; and her pet Sadie.
