He is survived by: his parents, Guy Gerald Provance Sr. and Loretta Della King Provance; his children, Tara Haynes (Evan), Brooke Magley (Jack) and Joshua Guy Provance; his brother Evangelist David; his sister-in-law Laura Provance; his sister Cheryl; his brother-in-law Kevin Toman; and his grandchildren, Naomi, Grace, Sawyer and Henry.
