He was predeceased by: his parent Nelson Timms. He is survived by: his parent Twila Timms (Jolly); his children, Zachary Bennett (Tara) of Dickerson Run, Issac Timms (Traci) of Dravosburg and Chelsey Timms; and his siblings, Donnie Timms (Judy) of Vanderbilt, David Timms (Bonnie) of Vanderbilt, Dale Timms (Karen) of Vanderbilt, Delbert Timms (Debbie Baker) of Vanderbilt and Darlene Pehl (Tim) of Vanderbilt. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
