He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Jeffrey Miller, Sr. and Edna Lohr Miller of Virginia; and his brothers, Ronnie and Earl. He is survived by: his children, Justin Miller (Harlie) of Perryopolis, Cory Miller (Desiree) of Greensburg and Brittany Miller of Perryopolis; his grandchildren, Logan, Faith, William, Zelena, Giovanni and Xander; and his siblings, Jeff (Brenda), Charlotte and Randy (Jackie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
