She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell V. Knepp and Naomi P. Knepp (Bowersox); her husband Clarence Edward "Chip" Sheriff; her daughter Doris Jean Sheriff; and her siblings, Martin, Luther, Calvin, Louise Keiser, June Wright and Darlene Knepp.
She is survived by: her son Dr. Dennis Sheriff of Myrtle Beach; her grandchildren, Justin Sheriff of Memphis, TN and Jennifer Sheriff-Halim (Alex) of South Carolina; her great grandchildren, Nicholas Sheriff of South Carolina and Rachel Sheriff of Virginia Beach; and her siblings, L. Joan Lindsey and Gary L. Knepp.
