With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Myrtle Ruth McNitt of Valley View, Pennsylvania, born in Saltillo, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 12, 2022 at the age of 98. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Dewey and Rosie Mae Host (Mansbarger); and her siblings, Evelyn G. Bedlyon, Betty M. Naylor, Nancy Belle Carter and Ned Host.
She is survived by: her spouse Merle L. McNitt; her daughters, Sherry I. Kipp of Burnham and Ruth L. Mort (Roger) of Reedsville; and her grandchildren, Greg Kipp, Todd Kipp, Mark Kipp, Colette Gephart and Ashley Mort. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
