She was predeceased by: her husband Donald J. Neyhart; her daughters, Lucinda "Cindy" Andruscavage and Rebecca N. Huff; her grandchildren, Joshua Huff (Elizabeth), Samuel Huff (Jennifer), Matthew Weikel (Raechel), Patrick Cooper, Ashley Stewart (Jordan) and Angela Andruscavage (Christopher Smith); her great grandchildren, Deegan, Darenger, Audria, Ryder, Piper, Max, Joseph, Colson, Emmett, Thomas and Alice; her parents, Marguerite Fowler (Koch) and John Fowler, Sr.; her siblings, Jean Fowler and John "Jack" Fowler; and her son-in-law Joseph Andruscavage.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sanders Mortuary (821 Diamond St, Williamsport, PA 17701). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at the Montoursville Cemetery (1401 Broad St, Montoursville, PA 17754).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Peggy's name to the American Heart Association.
