He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Michael and Katherine Anna Godek Sikora; and his brother Joseph. He is survived by: his brother Dr. Peter J. Sikora (Rita); and his nieces, Dr. Stephanie Daverio (David Daverio) and Adele Vanaskie (Stephen Vanaskie). He is also survived by five great nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
