She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi L. Hartzler and Maude E. Hartzler (Yoder); her husband Loren F. Zook; and her siblings, Homer Hartzler, Fred Hartzler, George W. Hartzler and Beatrice Roth.
She is survived by: her son Douglas R. Zook (Lou Ann) of Newport, TN.; and her sister-in-law Anna Hartzler of Valley View. She is also survived by five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
