She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay S. Crossgrove and Dillie A. Crossgrove (Heckman); and her husband Paul L. Spickler. She is survived by: her children, Kim Hower (Wayne) and Josh Spickler (Joy); her grandchildren, Allison Copenhaver (Ian), Lauren Hower, Jennah Laughlin (Charlie) and Brady Feathers; her great grandchildren, Chloe Copenhaver, Cole, Clay, Jake Laughlin, Brantley and Bryson Feathers; her sister Gloria Latherow (Larry); and her sisters-in-law, Grace Hoffman and Adaline Spickler.
