He was predeceased by: his parent William Felton. He is survived by: his parent Frances Neil Felton (Kline); his spouse Clara E. Felton (Winslow); his son Rick Felton (Irene) of Ft; his wife Shelli of Reedville; his sister Betty Tressler of Loganton; his grandchildren, Emily Felton, Matthew Felton, Alana Felton and Luke Felton; and his great grandchildren, Avery Pentico and Charlie Pentico.
