He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bloch and Phyllis Miller Bloch; and his sister Holly Bloch. He is survived by: his sisters, Rachel Bloch Koppenhaver (David) and Wendy Bloch Campbell; his nieces, Andrea Campbell Scarola (Dan), Kara Koppenhaver Tucker (Ross) and Kristen Koppenhaver Snyder (Brock); his nephew Alex Kenneth Campbell (Casey); and his pet Isabella. He is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews.
