Carlyle J. Rell Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Rell and Isabell Eck; his wife Elizabeth R. "Betty" Keller; and his siblings, George, Bernard and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his children, Carlyle J. Rell (Becky) of Jersey Shore and Carlene J. Bower (Richard) of Williamsport; his sister Mary Shuhler; his sister-in-law Patricia Rell; and his grandchildren, Carlyle Rell Jr., Colton Rell, Jackie Bartley (Arthur), Jessica Gross (Scott), Benjamin Bower (Shalissa) and Megan Patterson (Matt). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home (125 N Main St, Jersey Shore, PA 17740). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (6001 Jacks Hollow Rd, Williamsport, PA 17702).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Carlyle's name be made to IC Church or the Rauchtown Nippenose Valley Lions Club, c/o Ginny Lehman, 727 Slickem Lane, Jersey Shore, PA 17740.
