She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur, Jr. Charlesworth and Sarah Genevieve Charlesworth (Kelly). She is survived by: her former husband Duane Jackson Coy; her husband Pastor Duane J. Coy; her brother William R. Charlesworth (Donna) of Verona; her niece Denise Arndt (John Walsh) of Penn Hills; her nephews, William R. Charlesworth, Jr. (Elaine) of Penn Hills and James Arthur Charlesworth, Jr. of Pittsburgh; her great-nephews, Travis Arndt and Evan Charlesworth; and her great-niece Brandi Charlesworth.
A private graveside service will be held at Donation Cemetery, Huntingdon.
